So helpful that the course is broken down into sections, which you work through, with back up support each week. Regular telephone contact and just knowing there is someone to guide and support if you need it, is an added bonus. I looked forward to a quiet hour each week working through the module and concentrating on just me. I hope this service continues to remain available to people as it is so helpful. Thank you.
