    All staff, from reception to consultant were charming, helpful, efficient, clear in all explanations, and very professional. Everything was punctual, smoothly carried out, and nothing was too much trouble. Absolutely top class experience all round.

    I wanted hearing aid batteries and tubes and domes. The batteries came in a couple of days. The tubes and domes needed an audiologist to dispense. 2 weeks later in still waiting. Phoned again to query. The response was 'they're very busy'. Very poor service. A lot worse than Specsavers who they took over from. Even the phone service is poor. Nearly 10 minutes to answer the phone when I'm number 1 on the queue ! Unfortunately I've no alternate but to go through them.

    We offer our sincere apologies for the poor experience that you have had of our service. Unfortunately, we are commissioned to provide a central point of contact and supply batteries, domes and tubes when we can identify what type of hearing device it is. The fact that we have need to pass your care to an Audiologist means we did not have that information from Specsavers. The Audiologist that rings you will be from a different provider as we are asked by the Commissioner to pass patients on for this level of care - albeit we are clinically capable of providing the full service for any patients able to get to Eccleshill Treatment Centre. We are now 8 weeks into the new system and things are starting to improve. I would hope that going forward patients will have a smoother experience than those in the first cohort. We are answering 4,000 calls per month in relation to patients with Specsaver aids. Not all need any care at present and we ask that patient do not contact us until they do. This will release some pressure on our phones. When patients do get through they should experience good customer care, and not feel rushed, with sufficient time allocated to understand their needs. We offer again our apologies for any of the part that we are involved in this new model of care. As a network of community providers we all want to offer patient focused and timely care, it will take a little time for that new system to work at its best. We thank you patients for their understanding and patients during this time.

    All staff, from reception and nurses to the consultant endoscopist were welcoming, caring, professional, and efficient. I was able to observe the procedure on the screens, with everything explained in detail as the procedure advanced. One polyp was identified for removal, and this was successfully accomplished. My thanks go to to all involved in my care.

    Attended for an urgent colonoscopy and without exception every member of staff from pre assessment to post procedure recovery were wonderful. Friendly, reassuring and above all at the top of their game. Could easily single out staff but would not be fair given different roles. Seems weird to be so pleased with such a procedure but I came away with a smile. For once congratulations also to management for enabling the team to work together so well. Many thanks to all.

    I was most impressed with all aspects of my treatment, from my initial preparation briefing on 29 February to my operation on 05 March. In all cases those staff involved were highly skilled, always cheerful, and imparted a feeling of confidence throughout. I am very grateful that we have such a fine National Health Service.

    From entering the practice on Saturday the 16th of March for my pre-assessment and to having my procedure done in Wednesday the 29th of March all of the staff from reception to discharge were professional friendly and kind. I would have no hesitation in returning to Eccleshill treatment centre for future appointments.

    I went in for a colonoscopy and I found all the staff very friendly and very helpful. I could not have been better treated. The staff performing the colonoscopy were absolutely fantastic and very competent. I was a bit nervous about going for this but everyone there helped put me at ease.

    I attended for a colonoscopy and the experience was lovely from beginning to end. Lovely staff who explained everything and reassured me as I was a bit nervous. My initial results explained and when I would receive my biopsies back. A nice cuppa a gluten free biscuits afterwards 😊 The centre is light and airy without a hospital feel which is more relaxing too
