I was booked into the gp hub by a 111 operator after having been in a lot of pain. I turned up to be shouted at by the person who saw me. She was very cross 111 had sent me there, but when I asked her where I should go instead I was told she didn’t know and I would have to Google it. Feeling so unwell this was an incredibly upsetting and honestly degrading experience.
