    Visited today for an X-ray. There were 3 members of staff on the reception desk and 2 seemed nice but found the X-ray reception quite blunt. She looked like she didn’t want to be there. I sat down in an area with loads of spare seats (must admit I didn’t look at the signage as there is almost too much to take it all in). As soon as I sat down I was shouted at to move as I was in the wrong place (by the same woman). I moved as requested. When called for my scan it was a door right by where I had been sitting originally. If it had been really busy I could understand the requirement to move. Anyway not a warm friendly greeting, more like grumpy and unwelcoming.

  2. Review titled Still waiting for MRI result

    I attend clinic last year. I was sent for MRI in mobile unit in Barking Hospital. Still no result. Have not been linked or sent to GP. They confirmed this and were unaware of the further scan. The number on the website is incorrect. Appalling response times. My situation is worse now and likely another MRI will be needed to establish next steps. Greater impact on resources and my health.

    Waited over three hrs to be seen. I did ask if my daughter passed out would she get help as she's disable to be told she may not get any help which I just couldn't believe. What service is that
