From referral to surgery, the process was smooth and efficient. All grades of staff were polite, friendly, informative and patient. The surgery was fast, painless and trouble free on both occasions. I could see immediately afterwards and the improvements continued over the following week.

I arrived for my first consultation feeling a little nervous. The Receptionist was very friendly & put me at ease whilst taking details from me. Did not have to wait long to see Clinic Staff who made sure I was comfortable before taking measurements etc of my eyes & administered eye drops. My blood pressure was also checked. They were happy to answer questions that I had. I then saw the Consultant who asked me about my eye history regarding previous surgery & or present problems. He went on to examine both eyes very thoroughly. I asked more questions & had these answered in a clear, precise manner. Was very pleased to be given a date to have cataract surgery. This whole process was painless & enlightening. On leaving, I was given paper information regarding cataract surgery. This was a better way for me to learn the process rather than being given an online website. I left looking forward to my forthcoming surgery appointment & feeling more relaxed than when I arrived. Thank you everyone ⭐️

All staff were kind and couldn’t have been more helpful! They were very calming from the minute I walked in til I left. The surgeon was communicative and I felt I knew what to expect during the operation. The person making the pre- and post- appointment calls was incredibly friendly and helpful. The building was spotless. If having a cataract removed can ever been seen as a ‘pleasant’ experience, this was it! I will be telling anyone I know that may need to attend that it was a completely positive experience

I was very happy with the way my cataract surgery went, it was over in a few minutes and my entire visit was over in about an hour. After two weeks my eye was completely healed and vision much improved.

Thank you to the staff that I saw this morning at Newmedica, Worcester for your kindness, consideration and professionalism during my initial visit to Newmedica for my cataract operation next week. You put me completely at ease and explained everything, involving me at all times. I would thoroughly recommend Newmedica to anyone requiring cataract surgery. Thank you so much for your caring.

As per my first visit to Newmedica, Worcester, every member of staff that I had contact with was so professional, helpful and caring. They each gave me confidence for my cataract operation, which was a much better experience than I had imagined. Thank you to all.

I thought I was only going for a consultation but I ended up having the laser treatment at the same time. I was only at the practice for an hour - very efficient service and a great practice to visit.
