Excellent from start to finish I would recommend you I was very scared to begin with but put at ease throughout. Pre.operative consultation was excellant. Praise for receptionists nurses doctors and all concerned. Thanks to everyone for my cataract operation.

Everybody from start to finish were extremely kind, helpful and professional. Made me feel at ease although I went in feeling very frightened. Very happy with the result.

I was terrified of having this procedure done but was put at my ease from start to finish. This really is a seamless service with someone at your side every step of the way. I had a follow up phone call this morning to inquire about how I was doing and if I had experienced any problems or discomfort overnight and then was given details of the next steps that will happen from my follow up post op appointment to having my second eye procedure. I cannot praise the staff enough for all they did for me from the lady on reception through to the surgeon who operated. Thank you each and every one of you.

My appt. was at 1.30, I arrived at 1.15, I was met by a very pleasant lady, asking me to use the sanitiser, which I did. 1.40pm I was called in to my assessment, which lasted about 10mins. Sat outside in reception for a few minutes, was called in for my laser procedure, took about 10mins. I was back out, waiting for my lift home by 2.10pm. What a wonderful service. Everyone was so welcoming, made me feel very calm. Can’t recommend highly enough. After a 1.1/2years of having blurred vision, it is fantastic to see so clearly & bright colours. Can’t believe it. Don’t be nervous, this practice is great. Can’t thank them all enough.
