Staff very friendly and informative. I was put at ease as soon as I entered. The whole process was carried out extremely professionally and I was able to ‘see’ the results in 24 hours.

I have now had both cataracts removed - the first being early December and the second in January 2023. From first appointment at the end of November to the final procedure at the end of January my experience was very positive. Right from the reception staff through to technicians and on to the operating staff I was made to feel safe and welcome. Explanation given at each test or procedure and I was made to feel at ease. I felt far less anxious than anticipated and can highly recommend this company.

I had my cataract operations in January & April and I now have what I believe is called minus misphotopsia which is I have dark lines on the outside edge of my eyes in both eyes my right eye being the worse, the best way I can describe it is it’s like looking permanently out through a ships round porthole. I also have several black floater’s in my right eye one right in the middle of my vision. I really wish I hadn’t had to have this operation I just don’t feel as confident as I did before having it.

This is the second time for a second cataract for my mother-in-law and both times have been so positive for her. I think the experience of the first has diluted the anxiety and the care of your the staff has been nothing but exemplary. Thank you

Excellent from start to finish I would recommend you I was very scared to begin with but put at ease throughout. Pre.operative consultation was excellant. Praise for receptionists nurses doctors and all concerned. Thanks to everyone for my cataract operation.
