Really efficient, professional and friendly. Relaxing atmosphere. All areas of Clinic exceptionally clean. Have no qualms about returning for treatment on my other eye.

Very quick assessment, followed by 2 effective operations. Very speedy and thorough follow-up check when I thought I had a post-operative problem (which I didn’t). Friendly and reassuring staff.

From my initial assessment ( 28th March ) to my cataract surgery on the 1st April this practice was 1st class in every aspect of my experience with them. All the staff were so helpful and understanding during a time that can be daunting to anyone who has to go through what is a very important piece of eye care Well done to them all.

Very impressed with the whole service. Once referred from local ophthalmologist, the clinic appointment came through very quickly. The initial assessment for cataract replacement was punctual and took around 90 mins and a date for surgery was offered within days. The staff were extremely professional and polite. The whole experience was amazing. Thank you.

This was much better than my first cataract operation (which was elsewhere, about 10 years ago). The discomfort following the op (which was streaming tears and a 'gritty' eye, rather like a hay fever attack) lasted for less than 24 hours. After 48 hours sight in the eye was perfect and all discomfort had subsided. I elected to remain short-sighted: the implanted lens was spot on, such that I don't think I will need to change my glasses (obviously subject to my upcoming post-op visit to my optician). I would thoroughly recommend this practice. The only downside is its location, which is 4 miles from the centre of Worcester, so not well served by public transport - something to consider since you can't drive after surgery - I live on my own, over 20 miles away. However, to counter this, parking is free.

Fantastic service. Cataracts done in both eyes within six weeks and I can now see clearly again! All the staff and surgeons were so nice. I would thoroughly recommend anyone with cataracts to use this clinic if at all possible!

Efficient from the start, appointment made within a few days, surgery followed in less that two weeks. Staff were all friendly, efficient and helpful. Surgery was excellent and I received a follow up call the next day to check up on me. An added bonus was the free parking!
