From start to finish the staff were friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. The clinic in Grove Park Leicester is new, well laid out, light, airy and beautifully furnished. The equipment is modern. Communication was excellent, both pre and post operation. I would highly recommend this facility

I have had both eyes operated on and had to have a stitch in one, didn't feel anything apart from a little pressure in my right eye. Now had the stitch removed, didn't feel anything. Staff and Consultant were very friendly and put me at ease. Would highly recommend.

As I have glaucoma I was concerned about having cataract surgery,on my first visit the staff were pleasant, professional,and caring. My allocated surgeon specialised in glaucoma and cataracts. On day of surgery the team were so meticulous in their preparation. I had no discomfort during or after the surgery, resulting in greatly improved vision. I now look forward to having my other eye done. Highly recommend Newmedica Birmingham for treatment by excellent staff in a clean and pleasant environment

I was very nervous before i had my first appointment but i was treated with the utmost care and respect by all the staff,always with a smile and reassured everything would be fine,from my referral to my surgery i was put at ease and would highly recommend this clinic.I will be having my 2nd cataract op soon.Thank you all staff for your knowledge and care
