On arrival at Newmedica, l was treated with a very high standard of service, everyone was kind, friendly and professional and immediately put me at ease. The procedure was quick and painless, and although it was only a few days ago, I’ve already noticed a great difference . Thank you everyone

from the receptionist to final after care I could not have been better looked after. The staff were all so kind and caring and the facilities were first rate. After my surgery I was made a lovely cup of tea and a biscuit and aftercare explained. I had my surgery on a Friday and received a check up phone call on the Saturday. Even with the eye shield on I could already see better. Only thing they ask you to do is lay still on your back for about 20 mins. I felt no pain but drops to numb your eye sting a bit but as you have to do them at home for 3 weeks after you get used to that. So worth it though. I have been so impressed I am in the process of getting the other eye done and just waiting for my appointments. Only bad experience was the M5, bad holdups on the way home.

All the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. When things went wrong they were so attentive and dealt with the problem immediately. I cannot fault them.

All the staff that I dealt with were courteous, and professional. I felt at ease and very comfortable on all of my visits. The nervous and anxious feelings I had going in for my surgery were soon forgotten. The care I received both before and after was exceptional. Every step of my surgery was explained clearly along with the after care I would need to carry out to aid my recovery.

Very efficient. All done and eye doing very well after my Cataract Operation. Will on due course need my other eye done and would not hesitate to go to Newmedica in Aztec West Bristol again.

A week ago I had my second cataract operation. As before the care was outstanding. Kind and considerate staff. I was kept informed all through my time at the clinic. Such a calm atmosphere there. Excellent experience.

Treatment is 1st class with no hanging around. Treatment I received was clearly explained first. Follow ups were very good

Had cataract removed it took only 10 minutes the team where brilliant through out had drops for three weeks but my eye had a problem phone the clinic and they seen me with in two hours and got it sorted can’t thank them enough my sight is amazing
