From the moment i was referred to Newmedica for a cataract operation, the treatment ,from all of the staff involved, both at Langford and Aztec West, was excellent and the result has been really beneficial for my sight.

I cannot fault my experience in any way. The initial consultation appointment was efficient and friendly and I came away with an appointment for surgery within 3 weeks of that initial appointment (this could have been sooner but I chose to delay it due to Christmas and New Year). On the day of surgery everything was on time and I felt I was given all the information and time I needed. I was given assurance throughout. When the surgeon realised how imbalanced my vision would be following surgery I was immediately scheduled to have the 2nd eye surgery 8 days later. The aftercare has been superb and people I am now meeting are astounded when I tell them about my incredible journey with Newmedica. Thank you so much to everyone involved.

The staff look after me well. I was treated with care and respect. Clinical staff worked well together and the overall service was great.

Pleased as to how quick and efficient they were, very friendly staff and treated with respect . Staff fully explained what to expect, how they would proceed and told me the best way to follow after care

I couldn't have asked for better care. Everything was explained clearly to me before, during and after my left eye cataract surgery. Everyone put me at ease and the whole procedure took minutes. The next day I received a call from Newmedica asking about my night's sleep, any discomfort or pain I may have had and how was my vision ( I'd had a good night's sleep, no pain and my sight was brilliant in my left eye). Hopefully I'll be able to have the surgery on my right eye done here too.

The treatment that I received was excellent from start to finish. Staff were very professional, I felt comfortable and relaxed and was kept well informed at all times. I would highly recommend this clinic.

Wow ! From the minute I arrived in the snow for my cataract operation I was made to feel at ease , the staff are so welcoming and my particular staff member went through everything with me in such a lovely manner, absolute star, made me feel as if we knew each other already.. priceless The theatre staff I had were first class , I was kept informed every step of the way , all I had to do was lie down and watch what seemed like my own Northern lights display appearing before me , I felt no pain or discomfort and it was done in no time, the staff member then made sure I had all relevant information etc including a warm drink and biscuits.. on leaving the reception team were so friendly, I can honestly say say if anyone is worried, don’t be this team has your back from start to finish.. highly professional..

Amazed on how quick my Cataract Surgery was done. I am 89 year's of age and this was my first time ever to have surgery. All the team at Bristol Newmedica Limited Aztec West, went above and beyond. I can honestly say I never felt a thing, I could not beleive it when they said it was all done. Thank you so much, I look forward in seeing you all again when you do my other Cataract.

On entering the building I found the reception staff most welcoming.The nursing staff and the Doctor very pleasant and informative. All of this put me at ease.

The pre-op appointment was really through, I felt really reassured. The operation was carried out 10 days later. Again from beginning to end I felt well looked after by the staff who were friendly and calm. Superb experience from beginning to end. As I was leaving there was a very nervous ous man in the waiting room. I was able to answer his questions and hopefully reassure him.
