My wife had yag laser treatment. Very short waiting list had the treatment within 3 weeks. Staff were friendly and informative .

I recently had my 1st cataract operation at Newmedica and couldn’t be happier with the service. The whole experience was seamless, the staff so friendly and professional, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing surgery.

All staff who dealt were very polite and the atmosphere while I waited was good. The assistant that put eye drops was lovely and put me at ease. The operation was very quick and all staff were very reassuring through all the procedure

From the consultation to the operation everything was brilliant I really can not fault a thing, The staff excellent the whole experience was easy and stress free, I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who has need for eye problems.

I would like to say thank you to Newmedica for all there help the staff are amazing. The nurse who looked after explained everything in great detail as I was very worried the consultant was amazing too he kept talking to me to put me at ease. I would recommend Newmedica to everyone. Thank you once again.

I had my cataract surgery today. The operation went great, and everyone there was kind and helpful. They explained the post-surgery aftercare to me in detail.

I had both eye surgeries for cataracts done at Newmedica Newcastle and from start to finish everyone was supportive and I felt at ease the whole way through. I’ve had no issues during or after both surgeries and is highly recommended this practice, 5 Stars.

I recently had cataracts removed from both eyes and new lenses inserted at Newmedica, Newcastle. I have to say that I was very impressed with the efficiency of the staff and the clean modern and spacious building. It took me over an hour to get there by car but it was well worth it! I didn’t feel a thing during the operations and all the staff I met were courteous and caring. I would recommend Newmedica to anyone who is referred to have cataracts removed. Thank you.

I attended Newmedica, Newcastle upon Tyne for cataract surgery. From the moment we walked in for the pre assessment right through until we walked out following the post surgery check, the staff were courteous, caring, reassuring, professional and a pleasure to be looked after by. Definitely a five star rating
