From initial assessment to first operation everyone I encountered was friendly and professional. Everything they said would happen re follow up calls did. I have no hesitation in recommending.

From someone who thought I would never be brave enough to go through cataract surgery, the care, reassurance and level of the procedure was second to none. Would highly recommend. Thank you.

I am delighted with my prompt examination and surgery on my cataracts. This was a lovely set up with pleasant capable staff. I would highly recommend everything.

From first meeting the team to leaving after procedure was perfect. I was a little apprehensive at first but soon made to feel at ease by the staff. The procedure went without a hitch and I was kept informed each step of the way. Can't speak highly enough of the team. Getting other eye done soon but have no worries whatsoever. Thanks again to a great team of professionals.

Very professional staff, clean and tidy welcoming environment, given individualised care and options explained well. Very efficient but friendly and supportive at the same time.

The minute you walk through the doors you are greeted by friendly reception staff and the experience continues from the initial consultation right through to the day of the procedure. All the staff I met were friendly and reassuring. Procedure day was fine and nothing to worry about. I would definitely recommend Newmedica and the staff to anyone due to have a cataract procedure. The aftercare is also very good.

From entering the practice for my assessment to having my surgery I was warmly welcomed and included in all of the discussions and decisions about my surgery. The level of customer care is absolutely outstanding in all areas. The attention to hygiene was paramount on both my appointments and the fact that I was assessed one day then had my operation the next day was great. All of the practice staff were so professional and clearly enjoyed their jobs and this translated to me having the best experience. I cannot express my gratitude to everyone I met on both days as I felt that I was a very valued patient and everyone went out of their way to make me feel at ease. Newmedica are a credit to the partners, all staff and NHS in particular.

Went to the clinic to have a cataract operation and found all the staff to be friendly and professional. The procedure went very well and even what was happening was explained beforehand and during the operation. Excellent care given and the clinic was spotless and a had a lovely calm atmosphere.
