From the first pre operation examination to the surgery and aftercare it was an amazing experience. The surgeon and his team we're wonderful and having had lots of surgery in the past including a Transplant it was a five star 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 experience.

I had cataract surgery on both eyes, 4 week apart. Great communication, friendly and helpful staff, very effective procedures. Thank you for the great care

Put at ease from start to finish everything explained to me .all staff were very caring and efficient in every way had a phone call the day after asking if I was ok and explaining my check up at Specsavers .could not fault New medica in any way

I am happy with the service. The staff were polite and friendly. 👍 The sugery was seamless and short. I was made comfortable throughout the whole process. I felt home away from home.

From initial assessment to first operation everyone I encountered was friendly and professional. Everything they said would happen re follow up calls did. I have no hesitation in recommending.

Superb experience from assessment to surgery and post op. Every step explained clearly and surgeon instilled confidence from day 1 to second eye operation. Fantastic result!

One of the most painless experiences I've had both in terms of the operation itself and the process. The process is very efficient from appointment booking to being received and greeted in the preprep stage . The eye consultant was very welcoming , clear in communications and very supportive . The surgeon was also very warm and the operation efficiently conducted with clear communications . It took about 30 mins in total and appart from very very mild discomfort I am fine and functional . I wish I had done it years ago . It's like going from poor sd to ultra hd . Excellent service a credit to the partnership if the National Health Service and Private medical care . Lovely people

I was very nervous but they put you at ease Lovely staff, the surgeon was fantastic surgery was done in about 5-8 minutes came away with everything I needed which was drops shield tape and information leaflets

Super impressed with the whole experience at Newmedica. From initial assessment to cataract surgery was only one week. Quick & efficient service from start to finish. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I'm so pleased that Newmedica were an NHS option for me.
