From the day that I my optician referred me to Newmedica, until the day that my YAG laser capsulotomy was done, was only 19 days. I could not have hoped for a more speedy service. The staff on Reception, the ophthalmologist and the laser consultant were all very friendly and they thoroughly explained everything I needed to know - a wonderful service!

Staff were very friendly and helpful in explaining everything. The building was immaculate and clean. No waiting all appointments were on time.

I was made to feel very relaxed as soon as I walked in. The staff were very professional but really friendly. The treatment went very well and I never felt any pain. The result is wonderful, I can see very clearly out of my eye, Wonderful, thank you so much

I had an opportunity to have my first NHS cataract procedure done at Newmedica. From being greeted on entering the very clean building for the first time, through to my cataract procedure I cannot praise the friendly, professional care and attention to me as an individual enough. I was very scared of the op and was reassured by the lovely staff all the way through. The surgeon was excellent and kept me informed of how it was going, which helped me relax. Aftercare again was exceptional. Now I'm just waiting and looking forward to my second cataract procedure. A massive thank you to all staff at Newmedica.

Treatment at this clinic could not have been easier, I would recommend it to anyone. My referral and treatment were very quick and the staff are excellent.

Once again fantastic,starting with a warm welcome,then looked after and prepared for my operation by a wonderful staff member who puts you at ease,Surgeon brilliant and all his staff. Excellent in what they do.
