All the staff were so reassuring and caring particularly as I was so nervous when attending for treatment to the first eye - much less stressful second time around! Both my cataracts have now gone thanks to the professionalism of the staff in this clinic and I had the beginnings of the benefit within 24 hours. If you need similar surgery, ask for a referral to this clinic, I highly recommend them.

All the staff showed a high degree of professionalism and were courteous on every level. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking eyesight correction. My experience was excellent.

Having been referred by my optician (and recommended to use Newmedica as first preference) I found the whole process efficient, seamless and professional. From first contact to completion of two cataract operations has been a revelation in how speedily this can be done.Follow up has been exactly as promised and I am delighted with the results on both occasions. A shining example of what can be achieved with the right resources.

All the staff I encountered on my visits were exceptional. They were friendly, kind and caring. The service is efficiently run. I felt genuinely cared for and not " just another patient" Thank you everyone at Newmedica Plymouth.

My visit to Newmedica today to have a cataract removed from my left eye, was both professionally & considerately handled by all the staff that I came into contact with. An excellent service which I hope to use again when my right eye is treated in the same way

Having just one working eye, I was extremely nervous about having cataract surgery. However, I was treated with care and professionalism from beginning to end and am very happy with the results.

The whole procedure from pre op appointment to the surgery was excellent. Staff were caring, kind and professional. The procedure was clearly explained to me by the surgeon which helped to put me at ease. The next day phone call was reassuring and friendly.
