All staff were very welcoming and pleasant. I felt reassured and relaxed at my appointment for a cataract removal at the Gloucestershire clinic. The procedure was very quick and without discomfort. Everyone was efficient, professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this practice and my follow up appointment at Medicare, Swindon was also exemplary. Thankyou to both teams.

I visited the centre at Grimsby for cataract removal on 15th May 2023.From the moment I entered the centre all the staff were very helpful and put my mind at rest about the operation . Everybody that I dealt with during my visit behaved in a very professional manner and I am very pleased with the outcome of the operation . My right eye was the worst and the one operated on and the day after I could not get over how well the sight in my right eye had improved . Comparing my two eyes it is unbelievable how bad the left eye is which was the better of the two before the operation.

Had cataract procedure in my left eye. All good, now discharged. Staff were friendly and helpful. After care was also excellent. I was phoned the following day to see if I had any problems. Post-op was ok too. Seen on time throughout.

Everybody from receptionist on entry to doctor operating were extremely pleasant and professional. At a time when you are naturally nervous they put me at ease,answering all my questions in a way I could understand . I have no qualms about having my second eye done".
