Was made to feel very reassured after having very high BP that I was unaware of and was referred to my doctor & told that as soon as this condition was under control my cataract procedure would go ahead. I was contacted the next day and received my follow up letter a few days later. The staff were very caring and friendly explaining everything clearly.

I was made to feel at ease, the op" went smoothly and everything was explained. I was contacted the next day to make sure everything was ok. I would recommend Bristol Newmedica to anyone thinking of having this op.

Second visit to Brigg but still a nervous patient. Different staff this time. All helpful and very understanding. Very well looked after. A bit thank you to everyone.

Very nervous patient. Well cared for by all members of staff. Dr tells you when the treatment is half way through and checks you are ok. They also understand you are worried and take great care
