I had two cataract operations at NewMedica in Aztec West. I found the staff combined efficiency with kindness and reassurance. The operation was very quick and the recovery was also surprisingly quick. With the first operation there was almost no discomfort immediately after the operation or later, and with the second the eye felt a bit sore for a few hours, and then the next day it was fine. I can't believe how much better my vision is. No negatives at all!

I had my first cataract surgery in June and was very pleased with that. But the second, carried out at Aztec West, Bristol, was even more efficient and successful. Polite, caring people, great facilities, the whole procedure completed in less than an hour and I am very satisfied with the outcome. Thank you.

I had a cataract removed 13/12/2022 at Newmedica, Aztec West. Everyone there was so friendly and caring, and really put me at ease. Initially I was very nervous because I didn't know what to expect, but everything was explained thoroughly and I was in and out in just over an hour. They rang me the next day to ask if I was ok. My eyesight is amazing, even in this short time. I would definitely recommend their extremely professional, and very friendly, service.

I found the care at Newmedica exceptional. Everyone was caring, kind and pleasant. They all knew exactly what they needed to do and carried out their tasks well and cheerfully. Everything was explained and the follow up on the next day was very reassuring. My eyesight in my left eye is improved and I look forward to having my right eye treated. I was naturally nervous beforehand but soon reassured that I was in very skilled and caring hands. Thank you.

I was referred for laser treatment in both eyes. I was nervous but was put at ease immediately. The whole process was smooth, efficient and professional. Staff were lovely. I have Parkinson's and my Ophthalmologist was very understanding and patient. A very good experience.

First cataract was done in the Aztec west clinic, second at Clifton. Both clinics had kind receptionists and nurses explaining how things would happen which I found very reassuring. The operations were very quick.

Everything was great. Staff all friendly and helpful. Surgeon explained everything clearly and nurse explained in detail about the aftercare and even rang me at home the next day to ask if I was okay and did I have any concerns. Top service.
