Have now attached this clinic twice and on both occasions found the staff and consultants extremely good at what they do would recommend Newmedica to anyone seeking cataract procedures

I cannot praise your organisation enough. From the minute I received your letter to the time I was discharged your care and service was exemplary. You're departments are efficient, organised, thoughtful and caring. I have a problem with a head tick which means I cannot control my head movements. Your surgeons were so kind in ensuring my procedures went ahead without any problem. I had my second eye operated on in March. It is 7 days since my last procedure, I can see so much clearer now and I've already had a phone call from Specsavers to make an appointment to check my eyes. Excellent!! THANK YOU SO MUCH.

from beginning in reception to having cup of tea and biscuit on leaving I was made to feel comfortable , in professional caring hands, and kept informed throughout as to what was happening...It was excellent team work...I am so grateful, and to have good eyesight again is life changing...fully recommend Newmedica

Great assistance from my optician for booking my Cataract operation with Newmedica. Very short wait for appointment. Full pre op examination about 2 weeks before. The straight in, another quick exam and discussion before the op itself. Into the theatre, introduced to all staff, on the couch, and 15 minutes later all finished. No fuss or drama, no pain, all done. Took three or four days to settle properly, vision not quite perfect, will need some new glasses, but great job well worth it. Only comment is that i was surprised that after the phone call follow up, my first physical exam will be done by my optician rather than Newmedica who carried out the procedure. Just thought that they might like to check their handiwork.
