All staff friendly and helpful and considerate. Nothing too much trouble. I have had both cataracts done and very pleased with the outcome following surgery it’s. My thanks to all.

Excellent service from this eye clinic. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The administration was efficient and the operating procedures were very thorough. I felt I received a good service.

From entering the practice, during and when leaving, I was dealt with lovely staff. The reception staff were very helpful and made me feel comfortable. And, while I was being treated, everything made sure I was anxiety free.

All staff from reception to consultant were very polite, helpful and friendly. Everything was explained in detail and high standards of hygiene were exercised throughout. Would definitely recommend this practice.

I was looked after very well. My details were confirmed on a number of occasions. The procedure was explained well and I was given alternative types of procedure i.e. correction of long or short sight.

I was greeted on arrival by kind and helpful staff. I was seen almost immediately and from then on, everyone who dealt with me was polite and very professional. Everything that was happening was explained to me carefully. The outcome of the procedure has been excellent and my vision is so much better than before. I feel that my life has been changed, and I am so grateful to everyone involved. Thank you all so much. George
