From entering the building till leaving the staff couldn’t have been friendly, helpful and reassuring. I was extremely nervous but the staff were very reassuring,

I was extremely pleased with the treatment at SpaMedica Bedford. The staff were all polite, focused and efficient and experienced. I felt as though I was in safe hands throughout the whole procedure. It was also reassuring that the building was spotlessly clean. I'm very pleased that the operation was such a success and I can see far more clearly than I ever expected. A great many thanks to SpaMedica.

All staff were polite, friendly and informative. The calm environment calmed any anxiety about the procedure. I really couldn't have received better care. I am amazed how quickly I was seen, assessed and have now undergone the two procedures. The results have been very good and my eyesight has vastly improved.

Great facility friendly staff, as I am a carer for my wife I had my concerns but my ooperation went very well, and recovery was fine. look forward to having my second eye operation. thank you

I had both cataracts removed between October and Christmas 2022. I was contacted exactly one week after being referred by my optician and the preparatory appointment took place two weeks later with surgery less than a week after that. It was completely painless and all contact with medical staff was efficient and friendly. The second cataract removal was as efficient as the first. The facilities were spotless, but warm, comfortable and welcoming. I now have clear vision and will be able to drive again with new varifocals. I have my independent life back. Thank you.

I brought my elderly father for a cataracts operation. The administration staff, nurses and doctors were very welcoming and patient. The processes were swift and efficient and highly successful Great service all round.

From the moment I was referred to Spa Medica in Bedford till I'd had the op the staff were always helpfull, cheerful and fully explained every step of the way. The facilities are welcoming, clean and ample free parking. Have no qualms about getting the second eye done. Thank you for the excellent service.

From the first phone call, through to discharge after my Cataract Operation, everyone I came across at SpaMedica was wonderful. Not only giving first rate medical care, but also concerned that I was comfortable throughout and that I understood everything that was going to happen. I felt they cared for me as a person and the whole team worked well together. I just want to thank you for superb service and recommend you to anyone in need of a cataract operation.

I was treated politely and efficiently by all the staff at SpaMedica in Bedford. I had the assessment on the Tuesday, and the surgery the following day. The entire staff treated me and everyone else with respect, and told me what will happen, and answered any questions I raised. Surgery was quick, and the total time I was with them on the day of surgery was less than an hour and a half. Excellent service by all, thank you all at SpaMedica, Bedford.
