No delays. Every stage explained in a clear way. Friendly and most helpful staff. Procedure carried out as explained. After care was reassuring.

I accompanied at my mother for her monthly treatment for dry macular disease. The reception is excellent and the facilities are clean friendly and there are great provisions for tea and coffee. The staff conducting the treatment are very friendly and efficient

The clinic was very clean staff was very helpful and polite they informed you what was going to happen with your procedure I can't thank them anough

Great introduction to the practice. Receptionist was very welcoming and efficient offering refreshments whilst waiting. The nurse was very helpful and explained fully what was happening with the eye drops. The surgeon again was excellent and advised what was going to happen this was carried out with no problems. The after care was excellent I had to wait for ma daughter to arrive before I could book my review the receptionist was very helpful and waited patiently until my daughter arrived. Overall excellent experience. Keith rowbottom

My experience with this practice was first class from beginning to end. Every person I came into contact with from the lady signing me in right up to the surgeon all treated me with kindness and dignity. Nothing was any trouble to this team of people.the hygiene was second to none. I would happily recommend the practice.

Have always been given excellent care but on my last visit I felt the new member of staff who carried out my injection wasn't as careful, I know that you can experience problems with blood vessels while having the injections but this time it was a lot bigger and became bloodshot for 2 days,

My second op at Spa Medica (both eyes, a year apart). The clinic is smart, clean and pleasant. The staff are friendly, caring and thoroughly professional. The results, in my improved vision, have been excellent. There’s even free coffee and biscuits!

I couldn't believe how quick the whole process is. From being referred and the operation. The staff are great and would recommend. My cataract operation was carried out with super efficiency

After the second operation my eyesight was amazing with clarity and bright colours. The staff were first class showing care and information throughout both proceedures. No hesitation at all by me in recommending their services. Well done all concerned!

A very clean environment. The staff are polite, caring and attentive. I was told not to drive and that I would be there for 3 hours. Was finished before that time. Discharge nurse explained everything I needed to know.
