The staff and clinicians SpaMedica were kind, courteous and very considerate to a very nervous senior citizen. From my initial pre-med to the actual day of the operation all was very well organised. From reception to the discharge I felt that I was in very good hands. I can look forward to the second procedure with less apprehension. Thank you all Peter Gould

I was pleasantly surprised at my treatment for pre surgery assessment and felt relieved that the staff made me feel comfortable with the treatment I was to expect. The rooms were very clean and well equipped. The staff were all helpful and polite and nothing was too much trouble. I have now been made at ease for the surgery that I will have. Plus an added bonus of a cup of tea and biscuit.

was referred by opticians to this clinic. All very clean efficient and clinical. I mentioned to them at the start of treatment, not to go ahead with if they could not complete procedures on BOTH eyes before 12/11 when I am going abroad for an indefinite period. Treatment for right eye completed painessly efficiently ad successfully in mid-August. Now despite my request they tell me that they cannot perform the operation on my other eye before I go away as they have no appointments available. This is no good to me as I need to have clear vision and reading glasses at the conference which I am attending. No reference to my notes nor my request for treatment to be finished before 12 Nov as they discovered that they are fully booked until the end of November before I can have my follow-up 2nd operation. So angry at this 'book 'em in, get our cash from the NHS' without any thought or reference as to the concerns and requirements in the patient's notes. Medical care was outstanding but aftercare absolutely non-existant.

Staff very friendly Whole service very organised From reception through to Nursing and surgeons .Very clean and easily accessible centre .

From the assessment appointment to the actual surgery and follow up, the staff at Spa Medica Bromley were courteous, cheerful and efficient. Each step was explained carefully and questions answered . The actual surgery was pain free and quick. I have recovered quickly and am delighted at the improvement in my eyesight. Many thanks to you all.

I was delighted to benefit from the opportunity to have cataracts removed from both eyes, which was done quickly and professionally. The results were excellent and I feel my sight was improved unbelievably. The staff were very kind and efficient. My congratulations to all at Spa Medica.
