Was a bundle of nerves but everyone put me at ease and it didnt take long. Only felt a bit of pressure and the operation was over in no time at all. pleased to say i followed all the post operative instructions and can see much better in the operated eye, looking foreward to the next eye being done now!

SpaMedica Bromley was a very pleasant surprise. Such professional peoples in all categories. I cannot wait for my other Cataract to be removed. The results are incredible! Trust them they are very organised. Thankyou all.

Lovely clean building,great staff they are so pleasant and helpful and extremely good at putting you at ease.i was pleasantly surprised at how quick and painless the operation was ,the transport was an added bonus

From the moment I arrived, all the staff treated me very professionally. Their care and attention were better than what could be expected from any private clinic. I can only thank all who attended to me for their friendly approach and for ensuring my treatment was first class. Thank you so very much, NHS.

spamedica are brilliant, the surgery is spotless, comfortable, and the staff are very professional. the whole proceedure was painless and the clarity of vision on the following day was perfect they have earned my eternal gratitude very many thanks to the team and the surgeon.

Everything perfect from arrival. Very friendly and helpful staff. Put at your ease. Procedures explained throughout. Cannot recommend highly enough. Although NHS felt really special as private.

Had assessment 3 weeks after optician referral. Surgery planned 4 weeks later. Soon after arrival on morning of 23/8/22 an apology was given and we were all warned that the operating theatre was too humid to use because of the extreme humidity; humidifiers being used; all afternoon appointments already cancelled & we could either make new appointment then or wait & hope the humidity would reduce sufficiently for safe surgery. I chose to wait. We were kept updated regularly. Over 4 hours after my due appointment time, we were advised, with huge apologies, that there could be no surgery that day, so I made a new appointment. I later asked for any available cancellation, as I could be available at short notice. I got a phone call on 8/9/22 advising I could be operated on the following day. This appointment went smoothly and efficiently and with great courtesy and kindness throughout. I am surprised that such a modern facility did not have another theatre or more powerful anti-humidity equipment.
