I could not fault the staff, from the surgeon to the cleaning lady everyone was wonderful. I was very apprehensive about the procedure, but was put at ease as soon as I arrived in the building.

I was very impressed with the treatment that I received at the spa edict. Everything ran very smoothly, all the staff were kind and helpful. The clinic was very clean and I would recommend it to anyone that needed eye surgery.

The outcomes from the health side are excellent however we waited nearly an hour before my mother went in for a 1.5hr assessment so I was waiting 2.5hrs which would have been less painful if Wi-Fi was available and I could work or magazines/books available, TV. Just frustrating running late for such a long appt

Seemed to be an efficient and slick service but did feel like a conveyor belt as all staff caring and compassionate. Disappointed not to have a patient WiFi service but as it was so speedy I coped.

I don’t have any sight at all in my left eye so having the cataract removed from my right eye was very necessary. I had already heard positive comments from friends about Spamedica, Chester so chose to have my cataract operation there. It was a great decision! Everyone there was amazing, the atmosphere is so pleasant from the minute you enter! In a nutshell, all the staff are so helpful, kind, caring and reassuring. My wife was allowed to chaperone me through the whole procedure, apart, naturally, from the actual operation. Very clear guidance and information is given in a very helpful booklet, for after care too. Five star thumbs up from me! Thank you so much,.

Excellent experience from start to finish.All the staff were great and really helpful.Surgeon and nurses very professional. Nice surroundings and very clean,Free tea,coffee and biscuits an unexpected bonus.

Everything was so calm & friendly from the minute I walked into the building. I was very nervous ;every step of the procedure was explained & the staff were very caring. Surgeon explained everything as he was going along No pain whatsoever. Before I knew it I was sitting having a cuppa & a biscuit.

I had my second cataract operation a week ago and it is recovering really well. From the moment I arrived at the Chester SpaMedica hospital I was welcomed very warmly by the reception staff and had the procedure explained very clearly to me. And then everyone, from the nurses through to the surgeon were incredibly reassuring. Having your eyes operated on is obviously a very nervy and scary procedure. But every stage was explained to me as it was happening and this made the whole thing much easier to deal with. I cannot thank the whole staff of SpaMedica enough. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Was naturally nervous about any thing relating to my eyes but in fact now I’ve had both eyes attended to realise there’s nothing to worry about with the procedures. Success all round and lovely to be able to have so much better vision again.

What a fantastic place I was fairly nervous about the prospect of having my eye operated on but the staff where so good from the Reception and Nurses to the Surgeon who talked though every step as he was preforming the surgery made me feel relaxed and the after care was great especially the drinks and biscuits can't wait to have my other eye done . Well done to all at SpaMedica Thank you .
