The staff were very friendly and very helpful nothing was to much trouble from the time i arrived to the time i left the driver rang and told me what time i would be picked up and they were spot on and made me feel at ease as i was very nervous.

I attended on 25 June 2024bfor a cataract removal. Procedure ran smoothly, and in a timely manner. Very efficient, polite and friendly staff

Great reception on arrival. This was my second cataract operation at spa medica Chester, and my experience continues all the way through to leaving. The whole place is exceptional. Wonderful people and so friendly. Mark Rogers

The cataract surgery appointment came through very quickly and was fully explained by the nurse. The building was clean and well maintained. The surgery itself took 12 minutes and was very well managed. From reception through to the operation and leaving, could not have been easier, more comfortable nor more smilingly helpful. All the staff involved were pleasing to deal with and the coffee and biscuits were most welcome. I know my next operation will be as well dealt with. Thankyou to everyone.

I had cataract surgery today 23-5-2024. Excellent service from Spamedica Chester. From Communisation to surgery and transport all excellent. I can’t fault the staff at Spamedica, very friendly and caring people.

I was not looking forward to this surgery, however all the staff were really thoughtful and put me at my ease. They were very professional and completed everything really quickly and I had no problems. I’d like to thank everyone involved.
