Absolutely amazing 💯 from entering the building (man on desk ) to leaving I was treated like I was the most important person, I was so nervous about the procedure but on reflection there was absolutely no need to be, if there's a next time I will enjoy the coffee/tea biscuits 😀

From the time I entered the clinic until I left I was treated most kindly Everyone was friendly and helpful My questions were answered and I was put at ease The procedure was carried out as I was told to expect so no surprises and therefore no stress

Excellent service from my first appointment. Cataracts removed from both eyes. I now have wonderful vision.All staff very courteous and respectful of age. The surgeons work methodically and with precision. They are assisted by an excellent team of nurses. Thankyou all very much.

Meet with a a gentleman who took me to the first floor, there all you could hear laughter , the staff who looked after me were very cheerful , made me relaxed, never had so many eye drops thank you all. Today I feel very well Brian Kelly

All staff from beginning to the end of my treatment were fantastic. I was very nervous but they reassured me and explained everything clearly and the day of the surgery went very smoothly. Can’t thank them enough and no more foggy vision!!

Had a cataract operation on 9/4/2024 @ SpaMedica Chester. What a brilliant experience, from the transport, reception, assessment and operation I cannot praise them enough for the care and considerationi received. Thank you.
