Had a cataract operation on 9/4/2024 @ SpaMedica Chester. What a brilliant experience, from the transport, reception, assessment and operation I cannot praise them enough for the care and considerationi received. Thank you.

What a lovely friendly relaxed place to go to, all staff from the foyer area to the reception, nursing and theatre staff, all so nice, explained everything from walking through the front door to when we left, no end of offerings of cups of tea/coffee etc, I would highly recommend anyone who needs eye surgery to go to spa medica, nothing was to much trouble

Had second cateract remover thurs 28/3/24 Had terrible nerve pain in face & very bad watering eye. Rang up told to go to Widnes. Checked eye pressure, to high went afternoon & got home 1.39 am sitting in a chair freezing cold just put drops in

From pre operational to having the cataract removed and the new lens inserted, and walking out at the end. Just fantastic experience. The staff are so helpful and friendly.

My whole experience at SpaMedica was excellent throughout. The staff were excellent, very caring and extremely proffessional, making me feel totally at ease.

19 days between Optician saying I needed cataracts removed to actual treatment. Very nice clinic and staff. Why on earth can't the rest of the NHS be as efficient? More Privatisation please.

Top class, well looked after, reassured, all throughout from arrival to having the treatment, completely painless all through. Cannot wait to have the other eye done.

Three days after being referred by my optician I got a call from SpaMedica. My assessment was a week later and my first cataract was removed a week after that. The whole thing went like clockwork, the staff were friendly and efficient with the latest tech. The surgery was painless and the morning after everything was bright and in focus. I was pleasantly surprised at the refractive outcome and now looking forward to getting the other eye done.

I attended Spamedica in Chester for a cataract operation. I was very nervous but totally reassured by the caring and professional staff. The procedure itself was over in 10 minutes and totally painless. The hospital was clean, welcoming and the staff motivated. And my vision has improved beyond my expectations
