Had cataracts done for both eyes. The last on January 22nd 2023. Cannot fault the quality of the service, from initial appointment for assistance ,to final operation. Both the staff and the surgeons were very good in explaining the process all the way through. Very pleased with the results, this is the first time I have been able to go without my glasses since I was 11 years old. Thanks to all at Spamedica.

The level of service you receive at Spa Medica is outstanding, first class and all the staff go above and beyond in their various roles. Over the past couple of months I have had cataract surgery on both eyes and cannot praise highly enough the treatment I received. From the very first phone call to arrange an assessment right through to the second cataract surgery, everyone I came into contact with were so friendly, efficient and caring and above all – Cheerful. The whole journey of treatment is seamless, respectful and quick. Once again, I highly recommend Spa Medica to anyone requiring cataract surgery. Sending heartfelt thanks for the dedicated work you do as a team.

I have just had the first of my cataracts removed and have been amazed at the sensitive, friendly and respectful care I have received, I have worked in the NHS as a clinician and professional advisor for both the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman and the Care Quality Commission and have never seen such professional care. The NHS could learn a lot from Spamedica about the throughput of patients.
