From entering the door to leaving i was treated with great respect and professionalism. The care and treatment I received was second to none and could not be bettered. It was also evident that patient care is of the utmost importance to SpaMedica. Definitely a must to recommend.

Took my mum, who was nervous but the staff were great, kind and professional, took care of my mum from the time of entering to leaving, made her a coffee and a biscuit, Great service Thank you

I was very impressed by my experience when I attended for cataract surgery at Spamedica Coventry. All members of staff were very kind and offered expert information at every stage of the procedure. I am feeling less apprehensive as I wait for surgery to the other eye.

Anyone looking for cataract surgery should go to Spa Medica Coventry to receive first class treatment. My referral for treatment was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Their website is excellent, informative and easy to use. From the second you enter the premises you are met with friendly, cheerful and helpful members of staff. They all go to great lengths to make you feel welcome and even offer tea or coffee while you are waiting. This was my first cataract surgery and I can highly recommend having the treatment at Spa Medica Coventry. My thanks and praises go to everyone I met there who made the whole process a positive, relaxing and excellent experience. Thank you so much

I have had two cataract operations at SpaMedica and cannot speak too highly of the professionalism of the team there. The thought of having eye surgery is daunting to say the least but the staff put you at ease straight away and the whole procedure is carried out in a very caring and professional way. I have already recommended friends to go there! Well done to all the team.

From visiting my optician, I had a phone call the next day and an initial assessment 3 days later. The cataract operation then took place six weeks later. All members of staff were friendly and explained each part of the assessment day. (About 3 hours) And on the day of the procedure, again what was happening and what was going to happen was clearly explained. For a medical procedure, it was quick, efficient and totally pain free. Top marks ro all of the staff I came into contact with.
