i would just like to say a very big thankyou to all the staff at spa medica ,tile hill,Coventry for their care compassion and skill in treating my left eye for cataracts. Everyone treated me in a very professional ,courteous and kind manner the treatment was once again painless and quick just the same as my first op back in may 2022 on my right eye .I cant thank the staff and surgeon enough for the difference this has made to my life

My experience at Coventry SpaMedica was fabulous. Every member of the staff from reception to the Surgeon was warm and friendly. I I I was put at ease at every stage. The outcome of the operation was equally satisfying. Thank you to all concerned.

From the moment you walk through the door you are welcomed and felt at ease and you start to feel your anxiousness start to reduce. Everyone is very friendly and reassuring.

Really lovely staff who put me at ease throughout the procedure. The information booklets were exactly as needed and very reassuring for the aftercare. I definitely recommend the Coventry Spa Medica and its team.

A pleasant and pain free experience. Waiting time only for earlier patients to be processed. Op (cataract) no more than 5 minutes.

This is a wonderful place to have your cataract operation. From beginning to end the staff are courteous , kind and totally professional. The building is new(ish) and kept very clean. I totally recommend anyone given the opportunity to attend does so. 10/10

From the lovely man who checked me in for both my assessment and surgery, to the nurse who accompanied me back to reception afterwards, the staff were all friendly, helpful and caring, explaining each stage clearly, and checking my details at every stage.

i had a cataract operation on my right eye and the service was amazing. The day I had my pre-op assessment, the staff were all very friendly and explained everything step-by-step. The day I had my op was the same. The staff were all very attentative, put me at ease and again, everything was explained as they went along. They could not do enough.

Very satisfied can not fault the treatment received and only there for 2 hours for my cataract surgery less than stated time of 3 hours
