Lovely clean hospital building. Highly efficient staff, very helpful and friendly all the time, make you feel good. Wonderful Surgeon Does a great operation.

Just had cataract surgery. Went very well. Staff were all great and I felt very relaxed and confident about it. Have a huge improvement in sight after just one day

Today, I have taken my farther to his initial consultation and our experience from the minute we pulled up in the car park till the minute we left has been outstanding. We were greeted by a lovely gentleman, who was warm in his welcome and moved us on to get checked in at reception. From here the outstanding experience continued. Having had a couple of tests/ assessments which were all completed efficiently, keeping us informed along by three lovely ladies we finished with the optometrist who again conducted her assessments and kept us educated on what to expect. We look forward to the next visit here and both my farther and I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

The day of the treatment was very good the only criticism was not with the treatment but with the long wait for it having been told by the optician who recommended me said I would hear about treatment within a few weeks this was in early February 2022 only to receive treatment on 17/8/2022

Lovely caring staff.marvelous surgeon . Facility, spotlessly clean . All staff , helpful, efficient , caring. Would recommend to anyone who has to have cataract surgery. Thank you spa medica .

The nursing staff were lovely incl the guys on the door making lovely cups of tea/coffee. Unfortunately I can not say this about the surgeon. He did not introduce himself, did not call me anything. His mannerism was brusque and unfriendly. He shouted at me during the procedure. I would not like to go to Coventry again for my other eye in case I have him again.

Friendly and reassuring staff from reception through to treatment. Very pleasant atmosphere throughout. Today was my second treatment and all excellent on the four visits made to SpaMedica. Thanks to all.

Anyone having to attend Spa Medica at 1410 Spring Place Coventry for the first time, will upon entering the building, be made to feel relaxed and welcome by friendly, professional people. When somewhere is this good, they need to be told so. Five Stars to everyone there! Thank You

Had cataracts surgery. The Consultant who did this surgery explained throughout what he was doing and was very pleasant. Theatre staff, nurses, admin staff, reception all extremely polite and helpful.
