I visited this morning and received an excellent service from as soon as I entered the practice. The whole experience was faultless from arrival, the surgery and the after care.

I have now had both cataracts treated and on both occasions the clinic experience was friendly and efficient. I was put at my ease from the moment of my arrival. The staff took great care to minimise any concerns or discomfort and the results were excellent.

I’ve just had my second cataract operation and as with the first the experience is faultless from the consultation through to the surgery and discharge . Highly recommend.

The care I received could not have been better. At every stage, I met friendly staff who put me at my ease and explained what they were doing. The procedure itself was quick and the improvement to my eyesight simply amazing. Thank you Spa Medica!

I wanted to accompany my father when he saw the nurse as he gets anxious and does not speak english. I was told I could not do this but i insisted and eventually they agreed but said never again . I don't understand why as his daughter they felt i could not go in with and keep his anxiety to a minimum. The staff need to be be trained to care about the patients comfort and state of mind. I will never go there again . I had to cry and explain he needs me - why not? On the walls they have a note where they say the patient can have a family or friend with him. I felt awful today and it was no need. V sad and desepointed !!

I cannot speak highly enough of the treatment that I had. Staff are caring and courteous. I felt that I mattered from the minute that I arrived until I left. Everything was fully explained throughout. I was relaxed and happy to be there

I was able to use their own transport, and found the drivers to be friendly and helpful. The reception staff were welcoming and friendly, and keen to help. The clinical staff were also very pleasant, helpful, and reassuring. Overall a good experience.
