Very friendly helpful staff, made to feel at ease. Each process was explained well. Quick and efficient booking and procedure carried out within a week of initial appointment, all with in a month of referral of optician. ( would have been quicker if I had not been on holiday)

I was referred for a cataract procedure. Assessment was on a Monday, the opetation on the Thursday. It was a simple process, staff were helpful and informative on both of my visits. It is a great clinic, made the experience simple and speedy.

From initial referral end of May and my 2nd cataract removal July 8 the treatment I received has been 2nd to none. All staff without exception were brilliant. The first cataract operation was performed the day after my initial assessment and the 2nd was done not quite 6 weeks later. The clinic was totally without fault in every respect. Thanks to all who were involved in my treatment and giving me much improved vision.

Professional Service from first contact to departure. I am not sure anybody looks forward to Eye Surgery but overall it went well for me. With 24 hours I am seeing better than I have for several years. Well done to Spa Medica at Derby.

From the beginning to the end of the treatment everything was completely explained in clear concise form which made the slight anxieties I had to be completely overcome. The whole of the staff acted very professionally

Having an eye procedure I was obviously daunted and appreshensive. However, from the moment I walked through the door I was treated with compassion and understanding. The whole procedure was painless with only a little discomfort. Thanks to the whole team for a brilliant job.

Quick, easy and ontime. Excellent service. I can see clearly now. I would recommend it to anyone who needs this treatment it is well worth having it done.
