Well what can I say. Brilliant staff were very professional and courteous. Had consultation on Wednesday and had the procedure the following Tuesday. Everything was explained and the procedure was very quick and painless. Would highly recommend as I now feel like I've had a new eye. No more cloudy vision anymore. Thank you Spa Medica

From start to finish everything was explained as I went from test to test, and reassured all the way. All the staff throughout the clinic were kind, and very pleasant which is very helpful to people who are a little anxious. A big Thankyou to all the staff at Stores Road,and I look forward to my other eye being treated.

Very good in every way - courtesy, kindness and thoughtfulness at every point - and the same was true for my first eye op 5 weeks earlier. Easily accessible refreshments, comfortable waiting rooms, careful explanations at every point, and very efficient treatment. I was deeply impressed.

Had my 2nd cataract done recently with fantastic outcome. The staff, surgeons and cleaners are amazing. All are friendly. At every stage things are explained and you are put at your ease. The place is immaculately clean. Hot drinks and biscuits are available as often as you want them. If you are frightened at the thought of having a cataract op ask to be sent to a Spa Medica. It doesn't take long to do the op and the results are amazing!!!!!

My cataract operation went very well from start to finish. I was in and out within forty minutes including a complementary coffee. The various members of staff were efficient and friendly and the operation itself was painless. I was quite nervous beforehand but as it turned out - needlessly. Thanks to all involved.

A warm and friendly atmosphere, very professional treatment and aftercare advice. I found the operation very weird but painless. The medical team were very friendly and comforting.

All the staff were very helpful and caring. The surgeon explained everything to me about the procedure and I was given instructions regarding aftercare and a follow up appointment which went well.
