SpaMedica in Deby was an effecient and friendly experience. From referral to surgery it took only one month, which was impressive. The first assessment was thorough and clear. The procedure was undertaken in a timely and informative manner.

Excuse the pun but what a great eye-opening experience and with such fantastically good results with my now great vision. Every single member of staff I had contact with fully deserves genuine high praise for their professionalism, pleasant manner, and diligence. What a great team. In fact, this praise also extends to staff I only met by telephone. To anyone apprehensive about having their operation done there I would say - don't be, you will be in the hands of very talented people. I have not mentioned pain because there is hardly any, just a bit of discomfort...Really. My experience with both eye operations was equally just as good, for which I am very, very grateful.

The lovely staff made me very very welcome and comfortable on arrival, and looked after me during my visit. Offered drinks and biscuits which were very much appreciated. Also arranged my journey home. The whole experience was brilliant . Thank you to everyone involved.

On arrival I was treated by friendly staff putting everyone at ease. Everything was explained to me exactly what was going to happen. The system was very slick and the operation was both painless and quick.Before leaving everything was explained to me, the information pack was extremely helpful especially the Medication Tracker

Was made comfortable from minute came through door.Staff were very professional in there work doctors and nurses were great in they helped you relax through everything

The whole process from being met at door and checked in to being given a cup of tea and a biscuit was so refreshing. The staff was so friendly and helpful in every detail. Sometimes you are asked to identify someone who goes that extra mile, i think its fair to say everyone working at SpaMedica on my day qualifies for a mention. So pleasent and relaxing and most of all helpful.

This was a follow up appointment following complex eye surgery. I was quite nervous as, although l felt that the surgery had gone brilliantly, l was concerned as to why l was still struggling to drive or read a few weeks later. However, l was put completely at ease, everything was explained to me and all soon became clear. My heartfelt thanks to all members of staff who l saw yesterday, from the lady asking me if l would like a hot drink upon my arrival, to the lady on reception who gave me great advice regarding follow up surgery in the other eye. A big thank you to everyone, you couldn't have made me more welcome or put me more at ease.
