The place was clean.the staff was efficient and kind.the experience was good the operation was not to painful the nurses put you at ease

I had cataracts removed from both eyes, and the result was stunning! I had worn glasses for 70 years and they were no longer needed - the whites were white and no longer yellow and the dirty blue flowers were now bright violet. From my pre-op assessment to both ops. the professionalism of all the staff was excellent; informative and reassuring, and equipped with state of the art facilities. Thank you!

the service from beginning to end from both the administration team and consultant with his back up team was brilliant. Contacted me with 2 days of the referral from my optician, 2 weeks later had my assessment and had the operation the next day (admittedly there was a cancellation). I cannot fault them at all and thoroughly recommend them. NHS waiting time is 12 months!!

I recently had surgery for removal of a cataract from my right eye at Derby. I was very happy with the whole experience,all the staff were very friendly and professional and I would have no hesitation in recommending SpaMedica.

Great service at the clinic from the initial appointment to having the cataract done at the end of august . Can’t wait to have the other eye done by this team.

I had my operation on the21st. All the Nurses Staff and Surgeon are very caring people. They all work with a smile and pleasant nature. The surgeon was excellent and informative. My Wife and I have both know had one eye done. I would recommend anyone to use Spa Medica for Cataract Surgery.

Went spa medica Derby they treated me with great kindness care and understanding. This was my second visit and they were excellent both Times and cannot praise them highly enough.

Everything was done very efficienty from arrival to departure. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Things went very smoothly. Coffee or tea was readily available. A phone call was made to my husband when it was time to pick me up. The time between the eye operations was only a few weeks. Thanks to all the staff.

My entire experience with SpaMedica was nothing short of exceptional. From the booking in process over the phone through to surgery everyone I encountered was extremely professional and friendly. You are immediately put at ease whatever stage of the procedure you are at and I had no doubt that I was in good and capable hands. Well done SpaMedica you have an excellent business model administered by a first class team.
