From the monent I walked through the door to attend my assesment I was made to feel welcome and all the staff showed care for me. On the day of my operation there was was a problem with the cooling system in the theatre so the operations could not start until the theatre was at the correct temperature. The staff made sure that we had plenty to drink and eat whilst waiting for the theatre to be able to be used.

I cannot thank you enough for the difference my husband's cateract operation has had on both of us. He was welcomed, looked after, and cared for so we'll on all the appointments he has had with Spamedica.

My first time at SpaMedica for cataract surgery. Lovely clean building excellent staff I was very nervous and they all made me feel more relaxed. Friendly staff very comfortable atmosphere. I won't be at all nervous next time. During surgery everything explained and afterwards another member of staff discussed after care. Well done SpaMedica.

This was my second visit to SpaMedica and I had an appointment to treat a cataract in my left eye. I found SpaMedica very clean and efficient. Patients were dealt with quickly and efficiently and all staff were friendly and helpful. I was particularly impressed by the amount of information with which I was provided. The procedure was carried out very efficiently and was far less frightening than I had imagined. The hot chocolate and biscuits were also much appreciated.

The staff at Spa Medica Derby were friendly, caring, professional and efficient. They totally put me at ease and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. There was even free coffee and biscuits!

I received excellent care at this facility when I underwent cataract removal. All the staff were professional, caring, friendly and helpful. They made me feel special. Thank you very much to a wonderful team of carers.

A very professional service, the whole visit from having the pre-op to the actual operation day was handled with great care to my self, my anxieties about the proceadur were put at ease by the friendly staff,thank you.

Staff were very friendly and helpful keeping me fully informed of procedures. I was seen close to my appointment time and returned home with full instructions regarding further treatment for me to carry out over the next two weeks. All written down so no misunderstandings.
