I would like to say thank you very much for the excellent treatment I received having my cataract removed. The staff were so caring they made me feel quite relaxed throughout the whole procedure.

My experience from start 2 finish was outstanding,every individual staff member were extremely polite and helpful,everything was explained clearly and any questions I asked were answered,I was made 2 feel at ease straight away.i wouldn’t hesitate 2 have my other eye done when the time comes.

I had a very positive experience at Spa Medica the staff are very reassuring and welcoming. Therefore I would highly recommend it for anyone who needs cataract surgery.

Such a friendly place. The staff were informative about the procedure and were happy to answer all questions. The operation itself was quick and pain free.

My visit to the hospital was greatly enhanced because every member of staff that I came into contact with was kind and informative and treated me very well considering my age (80+) I compliment managers on their choice of staff.

I was incredibly impressed with the speed efficiency and care given during my treatment although things were done swiftly I felt there was sufficiently time to ask questions. I felt like I was valued and an individual not just another patient. Thank you Spa Medica

Friendly welcome at pre-op appointment. Bit like a conveyor belt, but everyone explained what they were doing and why. After the examination, told the cataract removal was straight forward and I was given a date for the op. in a weeks time, together with a confirmation letter, booklet etc. I was disappointed with the lack of parking and the fact that my wife could not wait for me. The op. went well, it was unpleasant but not painful and the surgeon explained what she was doing. The tea and biscuits afterwards was welcome! I was told what I had to do as regards eyedrops and things I shouldn't do.

From arriving for the assessment before my cataract surgery through the procedure, I received first class treatment. Friendly front of house staff, excellent nursing care and a compassionate consultant. Really pleased with the result, the new lens has made such a difference and my vision is so much better.
