From the initial appointment to completing cataract surgery everyone in the practice was absolutely first class ensuring a delightful customer experience.

When entering the practice you are made to feel welcome by the friendly team. Spotlessly clean and hygienic Nothing is too much trouble. Tea and coffee was provided. Everything was explained perfectly and all your questions are answered. I will not feel nervous when I return to have the cataract removed from my other eye. 5 star experience.

Absolutely fantastic staff, so polite, friendly and professional. Nothing to much trouble. Consultant talked me through the entire operation telling me what they was going to do before they actually did it. Felt reassured by everyone and they do really care for your comfort and safety. Some discomfort but no actual pain. Would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you to all staff involved in my treatment. Would highly recommend to anyone

The actual time spent with the surgeon was only 15 minutes. It was so quick and painless that when he said that the procedure was completed I was amazed

I was seen for my pre-op and had my operation in the space of six days. The staff were friendly and put me at ease. The surgeon was very reassuring and I couldn't believe how quick the procedure took. I have no hesitation in recommending SpaMedica to anyone needing cataract surgery.

Excellent service from pre-op to surgery from everyone. Just 4 days - remarkable. The place is spotless and comfortable. Surgery absolutely painless and quick around 10/15 minutes. Waiting for the drops etc to kick in a little longer. My appointment was 9.40 and home by 12.30. Unfortunately, my left eye is not at a point where I can have that cataract done under the NHS. Pity, has I’d have it done like a shot at Derby if it was. My eyesight has not been this good since I was a youngster and I’m 72! Terrific experience, I would definitely recommend SpaMedica Derby.

Every step of the way was efficient and every procedure explained. Nothing was too much bother. All staff were friendly, kind, thoughtful and knowledgeable. The whole system was efficient and could not be faulted
