Clean and well organised. Staff very friendly and keep you informed all the way. Appreciate that there were free drinks and biscuits available. The man to great us at the door is very welcoming and friendly and puts you at ease. Thank you.

I am very impressed with the service I received from Spar medica. The care and attention to details was exemplary. I couldn't fault the way they ran the appointments in this clinic, everyone knew what to do next. I've had two visits to have cataract removal surgery with excellent results.

Thank you for a great experience at SpaMedica for my cataract removal. From initial appointment to the day of surgery everyone was so friendly and efficient. Can’t thank you enough for a smooth, pain free procedure.

From being greeted at the door all staff were friendly and efficient and put me at ease. The surgeon was excellent and the procedure was very quick. Would highly recommend this clinic. Thanks to all.

Been twice in 5 days upstairs first for pre op and 5 days later for eye surgery (down stairs) whilst I have split them up they are both equally excellent. The staff are professional, organised, polite and friendly. Everyone knows what there doing and it is a seamless experience, From the surgeon to the receptionist you are made to feel important and cared for. Even the mini bus driver who parked outside while I was waiting outside as I was early and wanted fresh air spoke to me on her way in and asked if I wanted a drink brought out she brought me a coffee and a cup of water. She didn't have to do that.

From my initial appointment to my procedure the facilities, staff and care was exemplary, being scared of having it done was quickly overcome by the attitude of all the staff and the ambiance of the facility. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the building and the individual attention given to all its patients, the organisation and professionalism from start to finish was exceptional and I can’t thank everyone concerned enough for a job well done.

I was very relaxed once inside staff were very helpful and courteous was put at ease straight away The surgeon was excellent, no complaints at all Great place 😊
