Excellent service from beginning to end, this was my second visit so knew i would be in good hands as the staff are incredible and very professional and caring. I would certainly recommend Spa Medica

My visit to Doncaster clinic was now my third visit. First cataract procedure went smoothly, 2nd visit not very pleasant. So I wa quite apprehensive going to this 3rd visit. But as per 1st visit all staff were extremely sympathetic with me. Even tho on this visit my procedure couldn’t go ahead, for same reason as my postponed 2nd visit, the doctor & staff calmly & sympathetically explained reasons & said they would refer me to Sheffield as they did not have equipment needed to proceed. This went ahead a couple of weeks later. Thank you

From my pre assessment through to my surgery all staff was very friendly and very informative with all advice given .i was very satisfied from start to finish and would highly recommend SpaMedica Doncaster

I was very wary about having my operations but all went smoothly from the lovely gentleman on the door to all the rest of the staff. I had the first op early December 2024 and the 2nd late January 2025 and both went without causing any concern. I rang after first op as I had a couple of questions and Was soon contacted and my mind put to rest. I’m just waiting now to see my optician as regard to what I need for my new glasses as I have already been told I will require them. Thank you SpaMedica…

A great experience all the way through. Had an assessment on Friday and surgery on the Monday. Very professional and extremely pleasant, informative and helpful staff. Actual procedure was completely painless and over in 10 mins. The result so far is amazing with no discomfort in my eye just a slight headache for a few hours. Looking forward to my second eye being done in the next few weeks!

I was very impressed with this service. I was referred by my optician, knowing I only had about 8 weeks to a holiday, but I was seen in 3 weeks and operated on a week later. Very slick operation. I was nervous knowing others had had problems but it was excellent. The day after removing the eye shade I could not believe how bad my eyesight had been. I had the other eye operated on 2 months later and was just as impressed. Fantastic service and so little waiting about, unlike hospital services.

From start to finish the staff where extremely friendly,helpful and very kind.i would highly recommend spamedica for a cataract removal and after care.all as gone very well and I'm so happy with the outcome

From spec savers diagnosis to Spamedica fixing took only 2 weeks I cannot believe the efficiency of this service. From first consultation with their extremely professional staff to having my vision restored took just one day, I am so relieved to be able to see with clarity better than before. They are a caring practice, advising on any worries to contact them (24/7; 365 days a year). Thank you all for putting me at ease as I was fretting a bit, however the procedure was pain free and the surgeon talk through everything happening.

I have used this hospital twice for cataract surgery. I had concerns about other eye conditions I had. I has given clear and complete information in a way I could understand. I was given time to consider my options. All staff were friendly and professional. It has been an amazing and positive experience. I have already recommended SpaMedia to family members.
