The whole experience was exemplary. Every single member of staff was polite, friendly, kind and informative. The whole process was very efficient. Very little discomfort afterwards. Both eyes done now and I’m so pleased with the results. I have a whole new world of colours. The friend who brought me to the clinic stayed to wait for me and she was so impressed by the friendliness of all the staff.

The staff were all amazing I was quite nervous but staff were so friendly and kind they put my mind at rest. The surgeon was brilliant and the procedure went well and was done quickly. The results have been life changing my sight is now better than I thought possible. It has now been just over a week since my surgery and I have had no problems . I would like to thank all the staff

The staff were very polite and helpful throughout my visits. the staff give a feeling of calm from start to finish. My experience of Spa medica was very good and would recommend them to any patients.

Can't praise these guys highly enough From reception staff to the nurses & the surgeon. Looked after & kept informed all the time I was there.

My experience at spamedica Doncaster was beyond excellent. I was made to feel welcome from entering to leaving a member of staff offered me a coffee and biscuit, my eye treatment was excellent and painless didn’t feel a thing. My sister came with me to drive me home she to was made to feel welcome and offered a coffee and biscuit while she waited. I have to say it but Doncaster hospital could learn a lot about customer service from spamedica. Well done and I look forward to having my other eye done.

I had an assessment at Newark on 20 November. The earliest they could do laser surgery was 1 Feb, they checked other locations and found I could have it done at Doncaster on 6 Dec. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful, the operation itself took about 30 seconds and a few hours later my vision had improved spectacularly

The staff are very friendly and made the whole experience as good as it could be. The aftercare was excellent and I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

I have been 3 times to this clinic and at every appointment I have been treated very well by their friendly staff who were always polite and helpful I will be happy to go back there again

I cannot praise spa medics at Doncaster enough. From my initial consultation until leaving after my cataract op I was so well looked after and everything went like clockwork and the staff were fantastic. Professional and slick. Thank you.

From start to finish received excellent care,didn’t wait long for an appointment,all the staff were very caring and couldn’t do enough for me.Cataract surgery carried out within two hours and very good experience all round.
