Pleasant and helpful staff who put everyone at ease. The whole experience of cataract surgery was made very bearable. The staff were very professional and helpful and gave lots of usual information

I had my 2nd cataract op last week and my eyesight is better than I could ever imagine.Everyone at spamedica was great, from the friendly doorman who welcomed us in to reception staff, nursing staff and the surgeon all were friendly, supportive and professional. Thank you Spamedica.

Everything and all the staff are very professional and extremely caring. The whole procedure was executed beautifully from entering the building to leaving. I have never experienced so much quality of care and would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a top quality service.

Having been referred I was soon contacted to arrange an assessment, which was arranged for the following week. Upon arrival I was welcomed and made to feel comfortable. At each stage, of the assessment, I was greeted and the next step explained. Having been assessed the booking, for my surgery, was immediately arranged for the following week. On the day of my surgery I was dealt with on arrival. Within the hour the surgeon was explaining the procedure and and ensuring I felt comfortable. During the procedure the surgeon, and nurses, were attentive and reassuring. After around 15 minutes I was with the discharge nurse who explained after care and medication, from which I was discharged. My thanks go out to all involved. The service, from this Practice, is exceptional with a real focus on ensuring their Patients have a great experience.

From referral appointment to the day of the operation everything was carried out in a friendly, professional and timeous manner and I would recommend Spamedica Doncaster without hesitation.

Being nervous before my appointment (and only really having one good eye upon which I am dependent), I read the reviews of Spa Medica (Tickhill Road) and was reassured by the positive comments from previous patients. At both me pre-op assessment and the cataract procedure I am delighted to say my experience was very similar to those mentioned. From the initial meeting all the staff were friendly, caring and professional throughout and like many before me I would recommend this practice without reservation. The information and guidance I was given was very helpful both pre and post op. I am delighted to say that after less than two weeks my eyesight is just unbelievable - Thank you to all concerned

Everything explained step by step made to feel really relaxed. Nothing was to much trouble great after care. Not to long to wait for treatment after assessment

I had my first procedure in May and the second in September 23. I was aprehensive for the first but the staff were very understanding and careing, they explained what was happening and why at each stage of the process. The actual opperation was an eye opener (pardon the pun). It lasted no more than 10 mins, the anesthetic pellet worked and remarkably I could see nothing of what was going on. I was on my way home within moments

The small hospital seems to be run like a Swiss watch. The efficiency and cleanliness of the place are impressive. Doctors, nurses and ancillary staff are courteous, caring and radiate competence. No matter how much one paid, I can't imagine one could obtain better care and attention than I received at this medical centre.
