The SpaMedica pre-operative assessment used the latest technology to measure the length and shape of my eye to determine the ideal power of lens for my specific need. Within days I was admitted. The cataract procedure and operation was carried out at the appointed time and was completely painless.

The service I received from spamedica was fantastic, the staff couldn't do enough for you, from my first assessment to my operation a week later. All the staff was very friendly and professional. Thank you all so much I would definitely recommend this practise. Once again thank you.

Polite helpful staff at every stage of the treatment from the doorman through to the surgeon.Everyone was polite and very caring right from the initial appointment to the day of surgery I would most definitely recommend anyone to use the Spa medical for there treatment.

Can’t fault spa medica, the site was easy to access, staff went out of their way to accommodate me and were courteous and professional. The procedure it self couldn’t have gone better and I’m feeling the benefits already. I can’t recommend this service more highly!!!

I was referred to SpaMedica by my optician for YAG laser treatment to one eye, four years after my cataracts were removed. The assessment was very straightforward and I was given an appointment before I left. Unfortunately the treatment was delayed a week because the machine broke down. The procedure was so quick and painless that I had not realised that it had even started; I thought the ophthalmologist was just checking the alignment of the optics! Within minutes my vision had cleared and I found that I could see properly instead of looking through a mist. The waiting area is clean, bright and comfortable, with free tea, coffee and biscuits. The staff are friendly, approachable and helpful. My only reservation is with the principle of outsourcing such services to the private sector. But that is politics ...
