Everything worked like clockwork. Really make patients and visitors feel welcome. Diligent. Nothing too much trouble. Parking straight outside a real bonus as arrived stress free. Great location. Everyone from the lovely security door man to the reception and clinical staff were kind and professional. Thank you.

Extremely professional and efficient service. A very comfortable experience, I had cataract surgery on both eye with excellent follow up assessments.

From stepping through the door I had excellent treatment. The atmosphere was calm and very efficient , every question was answered and I left feeling confident.

This was my second cataract operation in 2 months. I had two different surgeons. One was more talkative and told me everything he was doing, this did not matter as they were both lbrilliant It took about 30 minutes and the result was amazing. 20 20 vision for long distance and when I get my reading glasses in a few weeks I shall be able to read small print again. Thankfully I have a Kindle so can adjust the text. The reception staff The nurses the gentleman who met us at the door, everyone was so kind a truly amazing experience. A very sincere Thank You to everyone Amazing Experience

Had cataract YAG treatment. The staff are very friendly and put you at ease. They explain what they will do and why. The premises are very clean. Nothing could have been improved.

All the staff from start to end were welcoming, friendly and reassuring. Relaxed and friendly waiting room. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. Every step of the procedure was explained in a way my mum understood and she felt in very safe hands. Questions she asked were answered and she didn't feel anything was rushed.

I've recently had two cataract ops at SpaMedica and the everything has been awesome. Staff are caring and friendly from the moment you walk in. I cannot recommend them enough.Thank you to everyone for your exceptional service.
