From entering at the door,reception,Nurses,Surgeon, I was treated with kindness and respect,everything explained to me as we went along, the procedure pain free and wonderfully done, then explained what I needed to do during the coming days and weeks. Thank you all so much.

I had treatment for cataracts in both eyes followed by laser treatment on both eyes. The service I received was second to none. The staff were brilliant at explaining what was happening and doing everything possible to make me feel relaxed. Everyone from the doorman to the surgeons are brilliant - thanks everyone.

An excellent service from the minute you enter the building. Friendly reception staff, lovely nurses and theatre staff. Made to feel at ease at each stage of my cataract operation. Very happy with the procedure and I would recommend SpaMedica to anyone.

As a young person needing cataract surgery is quite daunting anyway but this place was amazing and really good reassurance held hand when needed to join the surgery really gave me reassurance throughout friendly very clean doesn’t feel clinical would definitely recommend it. Lots of support given

The level of service in the day was outstanding but my mum (not allowed to put her name on here) had a very swollen eye the morning after. I called your offices and was told I would receive a call back within 2 hours. 2 hours later I hadn’t received a call so rang again and was told they usually ring back within an hour or so….. at 12 noon (3 hours have now passed) I rang again and spoke to a young man who told me calls backs are within 24 hours and not two hours as I had been told…… it’s now 25 hours since I made the call and still no call back!!!!! I had zero confidence of a call back. I asked a number of times to check my mobile and if calls happened over the weekend and was reassured yes. The service on the day was absolutely outstanding but I’m sure you will agree the aftercare is extremely important especially when a patient appears to have a reaction to the procedure! My mum is 84 years of age and this kind of situation is a big deal for her however when I spoke to your call centre operators I got a “very matter of fact” kind of attitude. You need to improve your process and management of aftercare it is simply not good enough. Your message confirms all calls are recorded I would therefore suggest you find my calls and use them as a training exercise…….in the meantime I will await the call back ….. 25 hours and counting!

Amazing service. Staff was professional and caring! I couldnt of asked for better service. I was very scared and nervous even though this is my second eye at the age of 30 years old. The staff talked me though it all especially durning surgery. The reception even gave me a cuddle afterwards. Honestly Thank you all gery much!xx

I struggled for months with deteriorating eyesight and cataracts. The whole service from the opticians referral to the surgery was swift and impressive. The staff were friendly, polite and very professional. My pre op assessment at Spa Medica was very thorough. The clinical facilities are first class. The information given about the procedure and recovery process is comprehensive. The clinic is well situated and easy to access with free parking. My recovery has been straight forward and all after care medications were supplied. My vision is now sparklingly clear. I look forward to having my second eye surgery completed. Thanks to everyone
