You are made to feel welcome as soon as you enter, offering to get you a hot drink. The staff and optometrist were amazing, and I’m truly grateful for restoring my distance vision in both eyes. Thank you all so much👀🙂

I had my first eye done last November and the second one in April this year. From start to finish the staff were amazing they put you at ease and nothing is too much trouble. The operation itself was quick and painless for both eyes and I could see fairly well the next day. This continued to improve. I would highly recommend SpaMedica to anyone needing cataract surgery.

From arriving at the clinic, I was treated with respect. All staff were friendly and very supportive and guided me through my operation. I felt relaxed as soon as I got there with the warm reception I received what a brilliant clinic

I don’t think you could better the experience I had with Spa Medica. I didn’t wait very long at all for an appointment and my follow up appointment was very soon after. The staff are wonderful, the premises are spotless and the treatment and care you receive are so professional

The greeting and care I received during the whole of the process of the cataract surgery I received; before, at the time and in following up was carried out in a very proficient and friendly environment by people who were clearly pleased to provide a good service.

This was my second cataract operation in less than 2 months. Everyone made you feel calm and less anxious while waiting for the operation. Staff were fantastic and very helpful. The environment was brilliant offering drinks and biscuits to not only myself but my wife too while waiting. I definitely recommend Spamedica for all eye treatments. 12/10 couldn’t have been better.

When I was discharged, I realised how much I would miss the staff. Surely, the NHS should copy the SpaMedica methodology Department by Department, starting this year.
