Both my pre-operative assessment and cataract surgery was a very good experience.The staff is extremely friendly,helpful and professional.The clinic is outstanding and highly recommended.

Every single member of staff was wonderful, so friendly and helpful and really helped put my mother’s mind at ease. The cataract surgery went smoothly, the practice runs like a well oiled machine.

My experience with this practice was very excellent, the staff were all very friendly and welcoming from the man who met you at the entrance to the surgeon who performed the operation, everything was explained to me step by step. I would have no hesitation in recommending this practice to family and friends.

I had the best experience possible today with this practise. So efficient, so friendly and so reassuring as well as totally professional. From my arrival I felt totally cared for by all the dedicated staff, nurses and the surgeon. They were all brilliant.

From the initial appointment through to having my cataract operation the staff were fantastic. They kept me fully informed at all stages and had appointments very quickly. It could not have been easier. Staff were very kind.

When I met specsaver optician they refer to SPA epsom just one week they gave me the appointment and then two days after the assessment my surgery . They are very grateful ,the staff very nice and helpful. Thank you for your service and I love all of them.

Very quick turn-around from referral, pre-operative assessment to having first cataract surgery. The whole experience was extremely organised and professional. Cannot fault the service received and the main bonus was that (almost instantly following surgery) I could see!! Thank you so very much.

Extremely efficient pre op assessment and surgical procedure. Patient centred and kept informed step by step. Actual clinic very well organised and high levels of infection control from all staff
