I had a pre surgery appointment where various tests and measurements were done, followed a couple of weeks later by eye surgery. The clinic provided plenty of information and the necessary eye drops for preparation and post surgery. I was treated with dignity and given plenty of opportunity to ask questions by the different members of staff. Two weeks after surgery my new eye has settled down, and I have a new non prescription lens in my glasses to accommodate the improvements in vision.

From arriving at 07.45 on Friday 13th October 2023 for my assessment and being met on the ground floor reception to leaving after my cataract operation at 16.15 on Tuesday 24th October I have nothing but respect and admiration for the service I received at both the assessment and the actual cataract operation. The staff were pleasant , attentive to my needs and were always there to answer my questions. What more can I say ? Thank you to you all for a first class service

Yesterday I had my first cataract procedure. It went perfectly. The staff and medics were professional, knowledgeable and personable. I felt that I was in the hands of trustworthy experts who saw me as an individual. Today I can see clearly and without pain or discomfort. I am amazed. I cannot wait for the op on the second eye.

The treatment I received was excellent and the staff kind and helpful. The only negative was having my surgery cancelled on arrival due to technical problems in the theatre and then at the next appointment when the op took place, waiting 2 1/2 hours. However the staff were very apologetic.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. Everything was clearly explained from the beginning to the end. I was very anxious about my surgery but the staff were so reassuring and helped to calm my nerves. The surgery went very well. It was my birthday and what a surprise they gave me a card. Thank you to the whole team.

I recently had cataract surgery on both eyes at SpaMedica Epsom. The experience both times was beyond excellent, the levels of skill, professionalism and care were sublime and reassuring. All staff were friendly, interested and informative, the entire experience could not be bettered. SpaMedica are a credit to themselves and the NHS, long may it continue!

Absolutely delighted with the whole experience, from being greeted at the door to when I was escorted out after the procedure. Everyone was so professional, kind, happy and helpful. I was treated so well. It was amazing! Each step was explained carefully by every person I spoke to.The practice was so clean and up to date. I’d highly recommend.

After calling them as an emergency on 19th September, their service was outstanding. I started as off on emergency on 20th in Wokingham and was seen daily thereafter, with transport being supplied. I have recently been discharged and the staff and all people dealing with me have been polite, friendly and caring.

My husband had cataract surgery on both eyes within about six weeks of each eye. He couldn't fault anything about the whole experience. Both Spa Medica and Specsavers were excellent.
