My appointment was for removal of a cataract in my right eye. The two friendly receptionists made us feel very welcome. We were offered tea and biscuits. I had been feeling quite anxious but everything was explained at each step of the way. The whole team was so friendly and always professional and they all introduced themselves individually. I really was put at my ease very quickly. The surgery went very smoothly and was painless. The sight in that eye is now so clear. I am amazed with my “new eye” and very excited. I look forward to having my second cataract surgery in the New Year. Thank you everyone,

A very good experience from arriving to leaving. The receptionist was very helpful, as was the gentleman who checked me. The nurses were very reassuring and the surgeon was excellent. A***

They were very welcoming on our arrival. We were offered coffee and biscuits , which was lovely after a long journey. I was then assisted to each department and told of the next procedure- The operation was painless and quick so no worries there- Full instructions were given for after care. Well done everyone.

I arrived at 0810 for my appointment and I was Abit nervous but the staff really put you at ease had my talk and had a small pellet put in my eye which I could not fill and then drops. I didn't know what to expect but I laid on the table and listened to the Doctor and the next minute I was done. It was painless. Can't wait to have the other eye done.

I recently had a cataract operation. The whole experience from walking in the door to walking out at the end was positive. Staff were always reassuring and you were given all the information you needed

What a fantastic experience to attend this clinic. Spotlessly clean, professional and friendly staff everywhere. Intelligent service, they treat you like a human being. It was like science fiction! The place was amazing. It’s a shame I’ve only got two eyes because I’d love to go back again and again.

I had a cataract op here. Without exception both medical and non medical staff were friendly and supportive. Their medical communication is clear and helpful and their admin is excellent. I’m very impressed.
